THE CARE COMPANY AIMS

Our primary aim is to be a centre of excellence in the provision of home care services required by Client purchasers and provide these services to a high standard, in line with Wiltshire County Council, Swindon Borough Council and UKHCA. Our secondary aim is to develop a centre of excellence in specialist fields and capitalise on the interests and skills of our staff.

With regards to the homecare service, the aims are:

• To help people of any age or disability to live as normal a life as possible

  within the environment in which they have chosen to live.

• To enable people to choose how they live their lives by providing

  individual tailored services that promote individuality and quality of life.

• To promote a level of support and help for both clients and their carers

  to enable them to achieve maximum independence.

• To help a person with a terminal illness to live life fully, with dignity and

  comfort.

• The Care Company service is intended therefore as an important additional

  support facility, not only for home care clients, but also for any other

  carer support required in the provision of community services.
